Draftsman - (Ashland, OH)

Tremco's Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing (CS&W) division is seeking a Draftsman at our Ashland, Ohio extrusion facility. The Draftsman is responsible for supporting Design Engineering and Marketing by providing technical and engineering assistance on the use of extruded rubber products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support Design Engineering in responding to customer inquiries regarding glazing systems including, but not limited to: + Cataloging physical samples and associated paperwork + Die releases + Providing part drawings to assist in requesting quotes from purchase for resale vendors + Performing part inspections and quality checks * Using 2D and 3D AutoCAD, draw gaskets and presentational items to match specifications and dimensions provided. * Coordinate with the Ashland plant to determine manufacturability of designs. * Attend manufacturing production meetings to discuss quoting of part and provide input on level of difficulty for production.
