Retail Team Member (Part Time) - (Cadillac, MI)

Our teammates provide excellent service to customers and donors, process textiles and hard goods for placement on sales floor, perform cashier functions, load and unload goods from customer vehicles, assist in the flow of production in the processing area. Candidates should possess strong organization skills, an orientation to customer service, and the expertise to work autonomously and as part of a team. Main responsibilities: Support the mission and vision of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan. Perform work in a safe manner observing all Goodwill safety policies and procedures. Perform duties and interact with all Goodwill teammates, clients, and customers in a professional manner. Respect the diversity of others including, but not limited to, those with cultural, ethnic, and gender differences, individuals experiencing homelessness, and persons with visible or non-visible disabilities Is aware and knowledgeable of Goodwill's full range of merchandise and general pricing structures.
