Energy Specialist Mechanic - (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)

Ensures proper maintenance, trouble-shooting and general setup for hospital energy management system. Programmatically regulates lighting, heating, cooling, alarms, equipment and air exchanges. Provides mechanical and technical support to the rest of the Maintenance Department by programming controls and Switches for building equipment.1.Education and Training High-school graduate or equivalent. College or trade school coursework preferred. 2.Background Three Years of computer programming and system troubleshooting background in a moderate to large institution, commercial facility or healthcare environment is required. Background with BASIC and/or Siemens software programs highly preferred. Background in plant operations, HVAC, motors, pumps, boiler maintenance and/or engineering technology is preferred. 3.Other Skills, Competencies and Requirements *Strong technical skills required. *Knowledge in writing programs in the computer Language, "BASIC".
