The Forklift Operator (FLO) delivers on the day-to-day commitments to our Customer, our Company and our People. Required responsibilities Read and understand the Crescent Way. Operate all equipment safely, following safety procedures and being aware of your surroundings. Perform receipts, and inbound stock transfers accurately and according to procedures. Inventory movements are completed accurately and according to procedure. Pull, stage and load inventory accurately and according to procedure for shipping. Communicate with line leaders to prioritize, pull and stage inventory accurately and according to procedure to ensure efficient line operation. Ensure the integrity of lot code is maintained through every product movement process. Handle damaged inventory process accurately and according to procedure. Assure outbound trucks are loaded according to Crescent and Customer qualifications with consideration for weight, balance and load security.
