Leasing agents are key in this process, as they show, screen, qualify and move residents into the properties we manage. Leasing agents are Independent Contractors (issued a 1099 at year-end) and not employees of HomeRiver Group. Duties and Responsibilities Lease available properties Manage prospect requests Scheduling unit showtimes Show available units and manage calendar General knowledge of real estate/rental industry is highly desirable Knowledge and Skills
