Job assignments:• Responsible to answer inbound calls and provide complete customer resolution• Resolve customer issues• Process orders on order-entry system• Process return requests• Responsible for processing all paperwork relating to returns, orders, price changes, and adjustments• Communicate with sales representatives on the status of orders, sales, pickups...etc. Job responsibilities:• 1+ years of previous customer service background.• Strong Microsoft office skills.• Effective communication expertise, both verbal and written.• HS Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.• Desire to work with an excellent team in a quick paced environment.
