Environmental Attorney with 1-4 years of regulations experience - (Cincinnati, OH)

Cincinnati office of our client seeks environmental attorney with 1-four years of prior legal work background involving regulations. The applicant will be advising companies of all sizes regarding environmental compliance, defending environmental enforcement actions and civil lawsuits, assisting with environmental due diligence in corporate transactions, and drafting and negotiating environmental contracts. Litigation background is recommended. "This firm is organized into four departments: (1) Business and Finance (which handles general business, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, private and public financing, real estate, banking, and insurance matters); (2) Labor and Employment; (3) Litigation (which includes bankruptcy, environmental and workers' compensation subgroups); and (4) Tax, Probate and Estate Planning."
