Job DescriptionMaintenance Technicians maintain club cleanliness and consistently meet club operating expectations, while containing expenses. They coordinate general repairs and maintenance of the facility with a focus on fitness equipment repair. As a key employee in the club, Maintenance Technicians are responsible for creating a positive environment for both members and employees and demonstrating the XSport Fitness commitment to customer service. Main responsibilities: Operations: Maintain building, pool area, lighting, and heating/cooling components in the facility. Perform preventative maintenance and repair to ensure equipment is working properly. Repair plumbing and electrical systems and hardware. Enter data and track details to ensure accuracy and timeliness of projects and project completion. Set the example of what a professional does and says on a daily basis.
