Audio Visual Desktop Support Technician Description International services company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician with an aptitude for providing impeccable customer service with 2+ years of enterprise background in Desktop Support. The Desktop Support Technician will provide daily desktop support to all network users in multiple locations including international locations. Dallas, TX Direct Hire Candidates should have proficiency with, Windows 7, HP laptops and desktops, Mac OS X, Citrix, Cisco VPN Client, iOS and Android devices. The Desktop Support Technician will: New user and equipment deployment Internal application troubleshooting Ticket management Proactive documentation of technical procedures Maintain printer fleet needs Ensure a timely response to ticketing needs Ensure proper notes and documentation of all assigned tasks Cross train with other technicians. Must be able to work in a team-player environment.
