Fraud Operations Lead - (Medford, MA)

DescriptionThis role is responsible for completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Debit Claims Manager (DCM) and for collecting, reviewing, responding, and analyzing data and/or documentation and to ensure compliance with department service level agreements, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements in a quick paced environment. May also include the reporting of productivity, quality, and other ad hoc requirements, including defect and system enhancement tracking, in an accurate and timely manner.-- This position necessitates the application of various methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unit---s product(s) and system application(s).----Requirements ---Organization skills ---Solid expertise to multi-task ---Solid customer service skills ---Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft office suite ---Solid analytical abilities ---Solid knowledge of department computer applications and systems ---Solid written and spoken communication ---Capacity to work unaided
