Staff Scientist, Process Development, Advanced Technology, R&D - (Logan, UT)

Job summary: We are searching for a Bioprocess Applications Scientist that will drive product and process innovation through adaption of existing technology within R&D. This role will work directly with Thermo Fisher staff and customers to support process development, and commercialization of bio-manufacturing techniques used to create biologic drug therapies. Responsibilities: Serve as in-house technical expert in the field of applied biotechnology and process development using single use technologies (primarily supporting SUB, SUM, SUF products). Providing technical leadership in the areas of material/product selection, process characterization, process optimization and product stability under various process or storage conditions.
