Position overview What will I be doing? As a GVT Asst Manager you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: The GVT Assistant Manager role supports the Sr. Manager in the effective and positive daily management of the Resales department. Responsible for activity within Grand Vacations Title Resales. Manage staff and processes related to receiving, processing, tracking, monitoring and the closing of files from various brokers of HGV Resales, including Grand Vacation Realty and Portfolio Services. Responsible for title and recording work related to both Nevada and Florida developer, Fee for Service and future properties. Management assignments include financials, escrow handling, professional relations with other title, escrow, underwriters and attorneys, and all other pertinent business information related to title work and agencies.
