SUPERVISOR CLAIMS - Builder Multi Family - (Dalton, GA)

Overview Provide guidance and day-to-day supervision of the Residential Hard Surface and Builder Multi Family Claims department in relation to needs and opportunities for direct reports, resolution of claims, and working with management and other departments to drive improvement and results. Responsibilities Motivate, coach, and provide accountability to direct reports regarding performance, development opportunities, policies, and department goals Provide pro-active, regular communication with manger and teammates to keep up-to-date on changes, ideas, and visibility of priority items. Review department metrics on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, dissemination of details, and follow-up for improvement areas. Provide guidance and assistance to negotiate deductions and address escalated claims, as appropriate. Collaborate with other departments (internal and external) to troubleshoot issues and reach resolution. Lead audits of paid claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with required procedures.
