At time in need of Home Health Aide Manager.-- Some of the responsibilities are writing up disciplines if needed, having tough conversations, comfortable taking calls on the weekends occasionally from staff needing guidance.-- Also, someone that has a strong handle on home health business and state regulations. Friendly team environment with a "can do" culture. While the business is tough, it's hard to manage employees, hard to drive to patients all day, but with each other's support, they can do it together. This position occasionally drives to patient homes when training a new aide or observing performance.Required: Associate Degree in Nursing and min of 3 years job-related skills. State of CT RN license. If visits to patient's homes are needed, a current valid driver's license and access to a good working vehicle are required. Min 2 years clinical background, 1 of which is in the delivery of home health care;
