Position description Job Number: R0038703Training SpecialistKey Role:Provide SME support to the management of a DoD-wide training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure USCYBERCOM-assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint forces. Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other Joint Cyberspace operations forces enabling USCYBERCOM operations. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces. Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including training evaluations assessments and assist with identifying and tracking observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events both internally to USCYBERCOM and across the Joint Force.
