Mortgage Loan Officer - (Maumee, OH)

Summary: Responsible for a broad range of duties relating to the origination of residential first mortgage loans from various outside sources including but not limited to realtors, builders, financial professionals and past borrowers. Assumes overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing. Position classification/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, underwriting, credit union and secondary investor guidelines. Assist with any type of loan application method an candidate prefers: internet, phone, personal meeting. Interview loan candidate, complete application, obtain credit report, investor underwriting response and review info to request and collect specific support documents needed based on loan investor guidelines.
