Raw Materials Inventory Specialist - (Knoxville, TN)

Randstad is hiring for an background Inbound Specialist. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical processing of inbound and outbound shipments as well as inventory control. This is a hands-on position that allows the applicant to function with a wide realm of autonomy. The position will assist in the development and implementation of best practices to achieve on-time delivery of products to internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Receive all inbound orders via : email, phone, FTP and Vendor Portals Process orders manually, electronically and ensure accuracy. Able to efficiently manage different portals, download orders and ensure accuracy in transferring them to company software. Print orders and attach any required documents for the warehouse to process orders. Run Daily Reports and run Tracking reports and send to customers, upload them to various portals and ensure order closure. Invoice and close out orders on various portals. Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills:
