Inside Sales Representative - (Crofton, MD)

We currently have a client in Crofton, MD seeking an Inside Sales representative to support their aviation team. The company provides a competitive pay with uncapped commission and bonus potential. Responsibilities: - Solid background in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. - two to three years of direct work background in a sales or telesales capacity. - Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process. - Background with customer relationship management software. - Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. - Thorough knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. - Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. - Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile info, sources, and so on.
