This is a Medical Billing and Coding specialist position in a fantastic company looking for the next person who wants to make an impact in their role. Responsibilities: Receives and coordinates all referrals to include notification of insurance providers for prior authorization and services covered Handles patent or physician complaints received documents and forwards to appropriate administrative staff Maintains log and any reports essential for appropriate billing and order process in Brightree Communicates with management any details received from a physician, Clinical Sales Consultant or patient about the patient's insurance, care or needs Primary contact for receiving phone calls for insurance benefits Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: ICD-9 and ICD-10 diagnosis codes background a must Brightree background a huge plus
