Learning Assistant needs technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Excel. Learning Assistant requires: 1 year of background in customer service. Strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills. Learning Assistant duties: Adaptability and responsiveness to client qualifications and requests for assistance. Maintain assigned testing areas schedules, equipment, communications and risks/constraints. Monitor testing area by checking-in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks and post-session room cleanup.
