Cloud Engineer Duration: one year contract opportunity Location: Frisco, TX POSITION DESCRIPTION This team is responsible for building and managing the PaaS solution using Pivotal Cloud Foundry, building and managing messaging, caching and API management platforms which are key for application ecosystems. The Pivotal Cloud Foundry Engineer will work with platform engineers in the design, build and maintenance of PaaS platform Cloud Foundry. As part of the Cloud Platforms infrastructure team, the Pivotal Cloud Foundry Engineer will help enhance our next-generation private/public cloud platforms: Cloud Foundry, Container as a Service Docker, Kubernetes, others. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE Responsible for deployment and operations of Cloud Platforms and services Uses DevOps methodologies and works with platform engineers in designing, building and maintaining PaaS platform Cloud Foundry
