Principal Trainer-Non-Clinical - (Reno, NV)

Position Purpose: The role of Details Technology is to provide timely, secure, accurate info, details support and info technology to facilitate our integrated business model. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the end-user training as part of the successful implementation of the electronic medical record for a specific Operational Unit. Nature and Scope: The incumbent in this position has a mastery of the electronic medical record application and the Operational Unit specific workflows. The Principal Trainer is a member of the Application Team. The incumbent will participate in workflow design and system build to gain an understanding of why the application has been built to work as it does. Principal Trainers are responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training environment as well as developing and maintaining the training materials.
