Housekeeping Supervisor - (Hartsville, SC)

QUALIFICATIONS 1-three years background in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment Advanced knowledge of cleaning chemicals and housekeeping best practices. Excellent attention to detail with high levels of successful communication skills to work at a fast pace and under pressure Expertise to motivate co-workers effectively Expertise to manage multiple tasks and think outside the box Must be adjustable hours/days including weekends and holidays Previous supervisory background desired Bi-lingual English/ Spanish a plus JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the applicant must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a min weight of approx 20 pounds, stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and crawl, squat and crouch, and tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
