FULL TIME POSITION MUST BE AT LEAST 21 yearS OF AGE Job description: Maintains the highest degree of professionalism while ensuring that each guest is treated as a highly valued individual and vitally important to the success of the operation. Uses, proper telephone etiquette, communicate VIP info to management and service staff. Required functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times. Will be in station on time and ready for work. Secures the room for opening and/or closing. Perform all pre and post meal side work including cleaning all front of the house areas. Ensures cleanliness of all wine lists, menus, and desert menus. Answers the telephone within 3 rings. Will, at all times, conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image of Graton Resort & Casino and the individual outlet. Monitors door at all times to ensure guests are greeted and seated in a timely fashion.
