FULL TIME POSITION MUST BE AT LEAST eighteen yearS OF AGE Job description: Cook is to support the Executive Chef, Room Chef and/or Sous Chef. Enforce all initiatives given, oversee production responsibilities, and provide service to guests and Teammates in a professional, efficient and courteous manner while maintaining a clean, attractive environment, in accordance with all Workplace standards, policies and procedures. Critical functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating exemplary Service Standards at all times. Carry work cards at all times during shift. Behave in a positive, professional manner. Maintain a high-level personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino policies. Know where the MSDS booklet is located for your area. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures. Handle any Team player or Guest opportunities. Follow set schedules and specific position assignments.
