Food Server (Waiter/Waitress) - TONY'S OF NORTH BEACH - (Rohnert Park, CA)

FULL TIME POSITION MUST BE AT LEAST 21 yearS OF AGE Job description: Maintains the highest degree of professionalism while ensuring that each guest is treated as a highly valued individual and vitally important to the success of the operation. Uses, proper telephone etiquette, communicate VIP info to management and service staff. Critical functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times. Will be in station on time and ready for work. Performs assigned duties before and during shift. Attend pre---shift meeting. Maintains as score of 90% or higher on all written exams, which include Beverage, Food & Service Exams which are given quarterly. Server Assistant must be familiar with menu including glossary of terms, meat & sauce preparation and ingredients to all menu items, daily specials, and prices. Ask about guest's water preference and inquire about beverages.
