Kalapawai Café & Deli is Hiring for the position of night time Line cook. Full-time five nights a week. Hours are 2pm - closing (9:30 pm plus clean up). Must work weekends and holidays. $13 - $15 to start based on background. This is a fast paced and quick paced position. Skills required - Saute (1 - 2 yrs), grill, pantry, Knife, memory, organizational, and communication. Feel like you're stuck doing the same ole thing at your current kitchen job? Duties: Prep and ready your station, Batch cooking (stew, sauces, roasting projects etc.), Starches for evening service, execution of orders, change out and break down of your station, and general cleaning of the kitchen and equipment.
