Gift Shop Clerk- Cashier / FULL-TIME - (Rohnert Park, CA)

FULL TIME POSITION MUST BE AT LEAST 21 yearS OF AGE Job description: Promptly and courteously assist guests in making purchases in a clean and attractive environment. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Workplace standards, policies, and procedures. Required functions: Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times. Approach guests with a friendly greeting and a pleasant smile in a timely manner. Accurately handle all money and credit card transactions. Maintain on a daily basis the cleanliness of all the merchandise and the physical property of the gift shop. Unpack, mark and stock merchandise on a daily basis. Ensure that the gift shop is a safe environment for guests and staff. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Expertise to communicate effectively with Guests, Teammates and Management in both written and verbal form.
