P/T Leasing Consultant - (Charleston, SC)

Established Property Management firm is seeking to hire an experienced Leasing Consultant to work Part time at a 108 unit multi-family Tax Credit community in Charleston, SC. Seeking an individual who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, energetic and organized to assist in the daily operations of a multi-family housing community. Assignments include, but not limited to: Greeting walk-in traffic and answering prospective resident calls, current residents, and vendors. Processing applications, preparing move-in packages, conducting move-in orientation with new residents and processing tax credit paperwork. General duties will include filing, work requests, correspondence and handling of rental payments. Other duties as directed. High-school certificate or equivalent; good customer relations skills with expertise to deal with residents, peers and supervisors; knowledge of office machines. Tax Credit background a plus!
