Staff Psychiatrist - (Belle Mead, NJ)

Staff Psychiatrist coordinates and administers psychiatric and medical care to all patients and residents of Carrier Clinic, and through a contract between Carrier and East Mountain Hospital, to all inpatients of East Mountain Hospital. (Carrier Clinic and East Mountain Hospital are referred together herein as the "Facilities" and individually as a "Facility.") Conforms to performance improvement standards of patient care as established through Carrier Policies and Procedures. Provides professional representation of Carrier to other health professionals, community agencies, and the lay public. New Jersey State licensed MD/DO, who is a graduate of an approved medical or osteopathic school; has successfully completed residency training in general psychiatry and/or specialty; board certification in general psychiatry and/or specialty from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology is recommended, meets all other obligations as set down in the medical staff bylaws for membership on the Medical Staff.
