Internal Audit Administrator - (Candler, NC)

JOB OVERVIEW The position of Internal Audit Administrator is responsible for performing, coordinating and supervising the field work involved in audits of departments, or other functional units ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policy and procedures. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Organizes and participates in compliance and departmental audits. Scope will include audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, including, but not limited to, financial and operational audits. Incumbent will perform both substantive testing procedures as well as tests of controls. Reviews and / or assist in the preparation of reports of audit finding, presenting any irregularities or exceptions to appropriate audit personnel. Utilizes sound analytical and computer skills to communicate audit issues and findings with process owners and management. Research major issues that arise and prepare for Director of Internal Audit
