Job overview As a member of the Executive Team, the Chief Financial Officer includes responsibilities typically associated with both a strategically oriented and forward-looking Chief Financial Officer as well as leading key elements of the corporate development function. Work with CEO to coordinate strategic planning. Manage the Controller, Financial Analyst, and M&A team. Duties and Responsibilities The Chief Financial Officer can expect to focus in the following areas: • Make recommendations concerning management decisions, resource allocation and business operations to improve company financial performance based upon analysis and interpretation of financial performance.
