ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: CIRCOR LOCATION: Monroe, NC DIRECT REPORTING: Director of Sales and Global Product Management FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: Sales POSITION DETAILS Job overview Develops and manages sales activities with prospective and existing distribution customer accounts within a territory. Responsible for sale of industrial pumps and systems ensuring customers are informed of new and existing products, features and benefits, prices, available support systems and services. Develops longterm relationships with growable customer accounts. Acts as "voice of the customer" to the organization. Meets established sales quotas by driving business levels into the distribution channel. Responsibilities may also include the handling of large major accounts whose qualifications may be complex, technical, and have long term completion. Principal Activities * Support distributors in developing business strategies to identify, penetrate and close new business opportunities.
