Staffing Now has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Rep: * Min of 3yrs' background in a Customer Service related field. - Making outgoing business development calls - Bilingual Spanish but not a requirement This position will be responsible for the following: - Entering and maintaining info into Sales Force - Greeting Visitors - Knowledge of Microsoft office suite a must. - Communication with customers outside the United States - Background entering quotes and orders. - Proven work history in making outgoing (Sales-Cold) calls. - Answering incoming phone calls - Must be a team member - Participate in Bi-Weekly Sales Meetings - Communication with outside vendors - Exceptional attention to detail a must. - Knowledge of cutting tools for CNC machining a plus but not required. - Following up on Quotes - Entering quotes and orders into our SAP Business 1 system - Process RMA's - Background with incoming and outgoing phones.
