Location: US-OH-NapoleonType Regular Full-TimeOverviewSUMMARY OF POSITION:The Maintenance & Tooling Manager works with Business Unit Leaders to coordinate, efficiently plan, and complete simultaneous projects and seek innovative solutions to daily maintenance and tooling related issues. The manager is responsible for communicating and coordinating info between shifts, and for monitoring assigned personnel. The manager is expected to provide the maintenance and tooling techs with assistance in solving issues with industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and electronic components, tooling and tool-related issues, and trouble-shooting. The manager must possess strong management/leadership, communication, and management expertise. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
