Assistant Principal - (Dallas, TX)

Primary Purpose: Assist the school principal in overall administration of campus instructional program and school operations. Coordinate assigned student activities and services. Min Requirements: Education/Certification: --- Valid Texas Standard Principal or Mid-Management certification --- Applicant must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting experience investigation. Special Knowledge/Skills: --- Expertise to demonstrate understanding of school operations --- Expertise to demonstrate instructional leadership, communication, organizational and people skills --- Expertise to interpret data and address needs of school and community --- Expertise to coordinate campus support operations --- Expertise to problem solve, think critically and manage conflicts Experience: --- 3 (3) years teaching --- Experience in a leadership (non-classroom) role
