Hospitality Trainer - (Toledo, OH)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field * Learn and have the expertise to perform multiple position's tasks at the operation level * Work with a team to develop and alter training tools for specific services and job functions * Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation, and evaluation * Create testing and evaluation processes for training programs * Create an environment that promotes teamwork, pride and great service * Communicate openly and professionally with teammates throughout a healthcare system, clients and other leaders, and AVI Foodsystems leadership. * Work directly with clinical teammates, HR professionals, and varying demographics of teammates to successfully launch a program * Other duties and responsibilities as necessary QUALIFICATIONS: * Proven track record in the development and implementation of training programs * Must have good verbal
