Research Recruitment Coordinator - (Provo, UT)

Imagine Learning creates engaging educational software to teach language, literacy, and mathematics to grades K–12. The Research Recruitment Coordinator assists with recruitment efforts for Imagine Learning’s research studies. This position reports to the lead researchers for the different studies. This is a seasonal, part time position spanning initially from January 2019 to June 30, 2019. Requirements Education/Certification Completed at least 2 or more years of college Required Knowledge Basic knowledge of Ms office Products including Microsoft Outlook and Ms excel. Skills/Abilities Expertise to learn new applications such as Smartsheet Strong communication and customer service skills Intelligent expertise to identify, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner Expertise to establish priorities, maintain communication and meeting schedules, and manage time effectively Expertise to successfully interact with customers via phone, e-mail, or video conference software
