RESPONSIBILITIES Support all corporate network services Design, implement, and/or support LAN Complete prioritized help desk tickets Apply knowledge of fundamental concepts, e.g., DNS, security, IP routing, HTTP, VPN, etc. Deploy, troubleshoot, and manage Linux servers Deploy desktop-based environments in Linux, Microsoft, and/or Mac Install, support, and maintain software on servers and desktops Analyze and resolve issues, e.g., system crash, password reset, etc. Administer web siteand maintain internal networks Implement, configure, and support VMware vSphere Apply knowledge of network infrastructure and hardware Manage patches, enhancements, etc. Help identify and mitigate vulnerabilities Help improve security according to network SLAs
