Job assignments Perform duties as Tier 2-3 Overall Technical Support Technician Configure, install and troubleshoot problems with all aspects of PC, laptops and sometimes Apple computer hardware, kiosk stations (touch screens and hardware), network equipment, AV equipment, DVR equipment and monitors. Configure, install and troubleshoot problems with all printers. Configure, install, test and troubleshoot problems with various software applications such as Microsoft office suite suite to include email, browsers, databases, Windows OS and Mac OS. Working expertise of SharePoint and HEAT. Install and test photos onto desktops using MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) technology. Upgrade and test software applications.
