Incumbents are responsible for planning, directing and managing the legal clerical/technical operations and staff of a legal department, including workflow analysis, assessment and staffing structure. This is accomplished by directing work through subordinate supervisors. As a condition of employment, some departments may require applicants to undergo and pass a thorough and detailed personal experience check.
