Warehouse Packer - 3rd Shift - (Walker, IA)

Grade: Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor FLSA Classification:Non-Exempt Description The Warehouse one (Production Pack Bench/Loader 1) position assists in accurately handling inventory according to Standard Operating Procedures. At the Warehouse one level, teammates are proficient and able to work according to SOP, ensuring that all material is verified, packed and shipped correctly. The Warehouse team wears required PPE: safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, ear plugs and hard hats as needed. The team works safely to ensure that employees do not incur bodily harm. The team uses care and respect to ensure that equipment and/or property is not damaged. The team works together to keep the warehouse area clean. Warehouse one Perform all duties as described in Standard Operating Procedures and Detailed Job Instructions Checks cradles to ensure accuracy of staged material. Processes material. Take necessary steps to ensure product is shipped per schedule. Perform warehouse duties as assigned.
