Plumbing Production Manager - (San Leandro, CA)

Job Description Company: ARS/Rescue Rooter JOB OVERVIEW: Schedules and assists in technical support for employees to effectively provide commercial and/or residential plumbing service, repair and installation for customers. Supports good customer relations by ensuring that services are provided as scheduled and local codes and regulations are met. Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations. --- Resolves customer issues and problems encountered by service personnel. May meet with customer to develop a satisfactory solution. --- Instructs service personnel on proper service, use of materials and quality workmanship. --- Checks to ensure that each job is complete. Ensures that appropriate job documentation and/or payments are returned to the office. May perform on-site inspections for large work orders.
