Behavioral Health Tech (Seminole County) - (Sanford, FL)

***This is a Casual/As Needed employment opportunity*** Job Purpose: As a Behavioral Health Tech at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of key functions regarding the care and rehabilitation of the clients. These functions include - but are not limited to - consistently observing clients and documenting any change or unusual behavior, assisting therapy staff in group activities, monitoring social activities of clients - including family and visitors - as directed by the Program Manager, complying with Aspire and regulatory agencies by completing required training, efficiently documenting necessary paperwork for each program and communicating effectively via the required technology mediums to keep the agency abreast of any updates. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
