Director Property Management - (Homestead, FL)

Senior Manager of Rural Neighborhoods' Property Management Line of Business and responsible for directing a regional 1,250 – 1,750-unit portfolio in SE/SW Florida. The successful applicant will be committed to providing outstanding service to low income tenants through innovative, responsive and sound property management and resident services. The applicant will supervise a regional property management staff in five - 7 small towns in SW and SE Florida and will manage the operations of up to 22 rental properties and 1,750 units. In 2016-2017, Rural Neighborhoods will expand its managed portfolio from 1,250 units at present and achieve improved economies of scale by bringing owned, 3rd-managed under self-management. The position will report to the President/CEO and will be supported by an experienced Compliance Officer and to be hired Training/IT Officer (and site management personnel).
