Bilingual Transaction Coordinator - (Miami Lakes, FL)
New or Experienced! We are looking for a go-getter with a make-it-happen attitude to assist in our Transactions Department. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, task-oriented, resourceful and flexible. We need an excellent communicator with a big WHY. Our Transactions Department handles all communications on both listings and buying sides of the home buying process Responsibilities: • Client relations • Contract management and organization • Transaction coordination • Vendor relationship management • Organize, schedule and manage all the parties involved in the contract • Runner duties such as dropping off/picking up supplies • Administrative support as needed • Track all documents pertaining to the contract • Process real estate contracts accurately and in a timely manner • Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all are met • Communicate regularly with the home seller or buyer to keep them informed • Perform other duties as minimum requirements:
