IT Inventory Technician - (California, MD)

Under the direct supervision of the Technical Engagement Manager, the Inventory Technician is responsible for the accurate accounting of inventory including overseeing asset management, organizing storage areas, restocking inventory, tracking, cycle counting and deployment of inventory items. Role is responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of parts and supplies. Duties include management of inventory as it relates to picking products, replenishing, requisitioning, shipping and managing client expectations to ensure high-quality of service to the specific SLA/KPI metrics. Responsible for pulling products for cases as assigned. Inventory technician assures that supply areas are organized, maintained, and par levels are optimized to support demands.
