Part-Time Member Experience Representative (Teller) - (Round Lake Beach, IL)

What you'll do in this role: As a Teller, which we affectionately call a Member Background Representative, you will provide outstanding service to members and employees to make them feel valued, while processing financial transactions in the Service Center (Branch). This work includes: Engaging in conversations with members, to service and educate them on credit union products/services that will benefit them. Processing Deposits, Payments, Withdrawals, Account Inquiries, Details Updates, and more. Balancing cash drawer and completing operational qualifications of the Service Center. Completing required training, and assisting with other duties as assigned. What you'll need to join the team: Prior background in a retail or service related role.
