Specific Skills Experience with AWS Kinesis and AWS Tools (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda) Data Science experience including experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, etc. Experience with Java, Python, R Experience with Data Science NoteBooks (Jupyter, Zepplin, DataBricks) Expertise to write simple to complicated SQL in addition to having expertise to comprehend and support data questionsanalysis using already written existing complicated queries Familiarity with DevOps (Puppet, Chef) Understanding of Big Data concepts and common components including YARN, Hive, Pig, MapR, Scala, Spark, Kafka, HDFS, ELK Some of the position qualifications will include Designs, develops, and implements data processing workflows to support business qualifications. Follows approved lifecycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
