Solution Architect / Implementation Engineer - (Austin, TX)

This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for playing the technical lead role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments and assisting our implementation partners in that process. Responsibilities: Installation, integration and deployment of the IdentityIQ product in client environments. Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation. Post-sales qualifications gathering, analysis and documentation. Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance. Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners. Qualifications: 5-7yrs of professional work background as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
